At Borgo Italia we are proud to offer a seasonal menu that changes daily. Call for today's menu or stop by, but in the meantime we've prepared here a list of our chef's favorite regional dishes that you will see on our menu often. With flavors from the north, central and southern parts of Italy, the main influence remains the cooking of our mothers and grandmothers, traditional dishes prepared from time-honored recipes often found only in the country kitchens of Italy.
